Ajay, our Chief Financial Officer (CFO), brings over 15 years of experience in Accounting, Taxation, Team Management, and Financial Reporting. A B.Com graduate and Chartered Accountant (CA) Inter, he is a seasoned expert in his field. Ajay’s extensive knowledge and leadership make him a key asset to our organization’s financial success.

ALAN WILKINS

International Sports Broadcaster

Alan Wilkins is a renowned international sports broadcaster known for his outstanding commentary across sports like cricket, rugby, golf, and tennis. He’s been a regular at Wimbledon since 1996, offering insightful coverage of the prestigious tennis tournament. Alan has also hosted ESPN Star Sports’ coverage of the Masters from Augusta and commentated on various Asian Tour events.

In cricket, Alan has made his mark, especially in the Indian Premier League (IPL), where he was part of the commentary teams in 2013, 2014, and 2016. In 2018, he hosted the popular IPL show, ‘Kent Cricket Live’ on Star Sports.

In addition to broadcasting, Alan wrote his memoir, ‘Easier Said Than Done: A Life in Sport’, in 2018, sharing stories from his incredible career. His versatility and experience have made him a respected figure in sports media.

VINAY MRUTHYUNJAYA

Vinay Mruthyunjaya is the Founder of Vinay & Keshava LLP, Chartered Accountants, and Co Founder of InCorp India, part of the international In.Corp Group. He also co founded InCorp Restructuring Services LLP, specializing in Insolvency Laws and Corporate Restructuring. With over 33 years of experience, Vinay has expertise in Audits, Statutory Compliance, Corporate Governance, Strategic Growth, and Taxation. He currently focuses on Insolvency & Corporate Restructuring, advising national and international clients on financial planning and statutory requirements.

Vinay has successfully handled major Corporate Insolvency Resolution Processes (CIRP) and Liquidation matters, providing advisory services to MSMEs in the Pre Packaged Insolvency Resolution Process (PPIRP). He has been recognized for his contributions to social service and sports, receiving the prestigious Nadaprabhu Kempegowda Award from the Government of Karnataka. He is also an author, with his book on project reports and financing released by former Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh.

Vinay has served in various leadership roles, including as a member of the Finance Committee for the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), the International Affairs Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), and as Vice Chairman of the Economic Affairs Committee of FKCCI. Additionally, he has been the Treasurer of the Karnataka State Cricket Association (KSCA).

BCCI Umpire & Board Member

Soshan, a distinguished individual with a Bachelor of Engineering degree, has made an impressive mark as a cricket umpire. Since 2014, he has been a dedicated umpire with the Karnataka State Cricket Association (KSCA) and has achieved the prestigious certification as a Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) umpire. In addition to his cricketing achievements, Soshan serves on the board of directors of a company, where he offers valuable leadership and strategic guidance to the marketing team, showcasing his versatility and expertise across multiple fields.

RAHUL MENON

Founder

In 2017, Rahul Menon, fresh from completing a master’s in sports management, teamed up with a friend to launch a 5 a side football arena. Despite a challenging first year, they gained valuable business experience and attracted key investors, Vinay and Keshava, which enabled rapid growth. Rahul expanded into badminton, started a cricket academy, and successfully navigated the pandemic’s impact on sports.

By 2022, his venture had grown into multiple sports, including new facilities and increased investor interest. In 2023, Rahul secured Pendleton Park, and by 2024, his flagship project was well underway. His journey is a testament to resilience and innovation, and he sees this as just the beginning of his achievements in the sports industry.
