A cricketer, engineer and a visionary. But that is only where his journey begins. A fated encounter with his mentor at a sporting event in the UK set him on a path for
Masters in Sports Management from Loughborough University. But his expertise was needed more at home. So he charted a course with world-class infrastructure and education as cornerstones.
With a few different arenas, effective curriculums and home-grown athletes, he now
invites you to join this journey.
Mr. Alan Wilkins
Chief Mentor
A renowned international sports broadcaster, is celebrated for his exceptional commentary across a spectrum of sports – cricket, rugby, golf, and tennis.
With a notable presence at Wimbledon since 1996, he has provided insightful coverage and commentary on the world’s most prestigious tennis event. His extensive work includes hosting ESPN Star Sports’ coverage of the Masters from Augusta, Georgia, and commentating on various Asian Tour events.
In the world of cricket, Wilkins has made significant contributions, particularly through his roles in the Indian Premier League (IPL). He was a part of the commentary teams for IPL in 2013, 2014, and 2016, showcasing his versatile skills as a cricket commentator. In 2018, he assumed the role of host for ‘Kent Cricket Live,’ a popular IPL show on Tar Sports.
Beyond his broadcasting endeavors, Alan Wilkins penned his memoirs in 2018, titled “Easier Said Than Done: A Life in Sport.” This autobiography offers an engaging glimpse into his illustrious career and remarkable experiences in the world of sports, making him a respected and multifaceted figure in sports media.
Mr. Prahlad DN
A highly accomplished professional, serves as the Founder and CEO of Surya Software Systems. He boasts an impressive background, having previously held the position of Senior Vice-President at Infosys Technologies.
During his tenure at Infosys, Prahlad played a pivotal role in the company’s remarkable growth, contributing significantly by generating 35% of the revenues and a substantial 45% of the profits. His educational background is equally impressive, holding a Master’s degree from the prestigious Indian Institute of Science (IISC) in Bangalore.
His wealth of experience and expertise has made him a valuable addition to the advisory board of our company, where he lends his insights and guidance to further their endeavors in the world of sports and beyond.
Mr. Vinay Mrythunjaya
A seasoned professional with LLB, CA, and Insolvency Professional credentials, is a Nadaprabhu Kempegowda Awardee, recognized for his contributions to social service and sports in Karnataka.
With nearly three decades of experience, he excels in advisory, regulation, and taxation, focusing on Management Consultancy Operations and Project Finance. He holds key positions in organizations such as the Karnataka State Cricket Association and is the author of a book published by the Karnataka State Chartered Accountants Association.
In his capacity as an advisory board member at 91 Sporting Company, he plays a pivotal role in guiding the company’s strategic initiatives and decision-making processes. With a focus on promoting sports and fostering a culture of excellence, 91 Sporting Company benefits from his invaluable guidance as they continue their mission to achieve new heights in sports and beyond.
