This policy explains what personal information 91 Sporting Co. collects, why we collect it, how we look after it and what you can ask us to do with it. We handle personal data in line with Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- When you send an enquiry: your name, phone number, and optionally your email, preferred centre, sport and whatever you write in the message.
- When you book or join: the details needed to manage your booking or membership, and for under-18s the details of a parent or guardian.
- When you enter an event: team and player details needed to run the draw and the fixtures.
- When you visit the site: standard server logs, which record basic technical details such as your browser and the pages you visit.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and arrange your session.
- To run your membership, programme or event entry and contact you about it.
- To meet our safety and record-keeping obligations.
- To improve the website and our services.
We use your information because you have asked us for something, because we need it to deliver what you have booked, or because the law requires us to keep a record. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for marketing unless you have asked us to.
Your consent, and how to withdraw it
Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time by writing to us. We will stop using your information for that purpose, although it may mean we can no longer provide the service you asked for, and we may still need to keep a record where the law requires it.
Who we share it with
Only where we need to: our web host and email provider, payment providers where you pay us, the coaching or partner staff running your programme, and anyone we are required to share it with by law. We ask everyone who handles information for us to keep it secure and to use it only for the work we have asked them to do.
Instagram and other embedded content
Some pages show our Instagram feed. That content is loaded from Instagram, which may set its own cookies and collect its own usage data under Meta’s privacy policy. The same applies to any map, video or form embedded from another service.

This site uses only the cookies necessary for it to work, plus any set by the embedded content described above.
How we keep it safe
Enquiries are stored in this website and in our email. Access is limited to the staff who need it to do their work, and accounts are protected by passwords. No system is perfect, but we take reasonable steps to keep your information safe and to deal quickly with anything that goes wrong.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as we need them to follow up and for our own records. Membership, programme and event records are kept for the period required by law, and are then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
- Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong or out of date.
- Ask us to delete information we no longer need.
- Withdraw consent you have given us.
- Nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf if you are unable to.

Children
Where a participant is under 18, we collect their information from a parent or guardian and use it only to run the programme they are enrolled in.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, write to our head office team at director@91sportingco.in, marked for the attention of the grievance officer, and we will look into it. You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
