Who we are
This website is operated by 91 Sporting Co. (“91 Sporting”, “we”, “us”). Our head office is at Thindlu Main Road, Virupakshapura, opp. Vidya Spoorthi School, Kodigehalli, Bengaluru 560097. By using this website, booking a session or taking part in any of our programmes, you agree to these terms.
Bookings and payment
- A booking is held only once payment has been received and we have told you it is in place.
- Rates vary by centre, sport and time of day. The rate quoted to you when you book is the rate that applies.
- Slots run for the time booked. Arriving late does not extend a slot.
- Where a slot is shared, play stops at the end of the booked time so the next group can start on time.
Cancellations, changes and refunds
- To cancel or move a booking, contact the head office as early as you can. The cancellation and refund terms that apply to your booking are given to you when you book.
- A slot that is not used and not cancelled is charged in full.
- Where we cancel a session, you can take a replacement slot or a refund.
- Refunds are made to the account or method the payment came from.
Memberships
- Memberships run for the period stated at purchase and are personal to the member named.
- Memberships cannot be transferred or shared unless we agree in writing.
- Renewal, freeze and cancellation terms are given to you when you join.
- Access under a membership is subject to the opening hours and the schedule at each centre.
Coaching and academy
- Coaching runs to a published schedule. Where a coach is unavailable we arrange a replacement or a make-up session.
- Sessions missed by a player are not usually carried forward, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
- Players are placed at a level after an assessment, and may be moved between levels as they progress.
- Players are expected to arrive on time and in the kit the programme requires.
Events and tournaments
- Entry fees, team sizes, formats and prizes are set out for each event and apply to everyone entering it.
- We may change a format, a schedule or a venue where numbers, weather or ground conditions require it.
- Decisions of match officials on the day are final.
- Prizes are awarded as announced for that event, and are not exchangeable for cash unless we say so.
Use of our centres
- Follow the instructions of our coaches and centre staff at all times.
- Wear footwear and clothing appropriate to the surface and the sport.
- We may refuse entry, or ask anyone to leave, where behaviour puts other users, staff or equipment at risk.
- Please report any damage or hazard to centre staff immediately.
Health, safety and risk
Sport carries a risk of injury. You take part at your own risk and confirm that you are medically fit to do so. Tell us before you take part about any medical condition that may be relevant. Parents and guardians are responsible for the children in their care outside of supervised coaching sessions.
Children and safeguarding
Coaching for under-18s is delivered by our trained coaching staff. Any concern about the welfare of a child can be raised with the centre manager or with the head office, and will be acted on.
Personal property
Please do not leave valuables unattended. We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal property at our centres, except where that loss is caused by our negligence.
Photography and filming
We photograph and film at our centres and events for our own marketing. If you would prefer not to appear, tell the centre team or email us and we will respect that. For under-18s we seek consent from a parent or guardian.
Changes and cancellations by us
Occasionally we may need to change or cancel a session, for example for weather, maintenance or an event. Where we do, we will offer you a replacement slot or a refund.
This website
The text, photography and design on this site belong to 91 Sporting Co. or are used with permission. Please do not copy or republish them without asking us first. We keep the information here as current as we can, but schedules, rates and facilities change: the details confirmed to you when you book are the ones that apply.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, our liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us for the booking, membership or event the claim relates to.
Changes to these terms
We update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version on this page is the one that applies.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
